Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Three years of experience administering Active Directory accounts and managing file permissions in an enterprise environment
• Experience with enterprise-level infrastructure services and related technologies

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, design, development, support, and implementation of account lifecycle management and file security permissions across the enterprise.
• Maintain health, security, and hygiene of the Active Directory environment including account and access management.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and establish standard structures.
• Monitor, audit, and maintain Active Directory including permissions; perform remediation per standards.
• Provide Tier 2 support and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
