Job summary

City of Arlington seeks an IT professional to manage enterprise account lifecycle processes and Active Directory security. You will support infrastructure projects, perform configurations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to secure and reliable technology operations.

Responsibilities include automating workflows, maintaining AD health, and providing Tier 2 user support while participating in after-hours on-call rotations. A 3-year AD admin background is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Three (3) years of experience administering Active Directory accounts and managing file permissions in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop, support, and implement account lifecycle management and file security permission processes.
• Maintain health and security of the Active Directory environment, including access management.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and establish standards.
• Monitor and remediate Active Directory settings, groups, and permissions per standards.
• Provide Tier 2 support and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations.
