RTX is seeking an intern in Tucson, AZ, converting to full‑time after graduation, to work within the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities discipline.
You will update requirements, develop CONOPS, and collaborate across teams to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, while creating documentation for reviews and communicating findings to leadership.

As part of the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Discipline, you’ll immerse yourself in the Systems V Engineering Lifecyle, bringing cutting‑edge systems to life. You’ll collaborate across disciplines, from subject matter experts to chief technologists, ensuring systems are designed, integrated, tested, and strengthened to perform flawlessly for our warfighters.
This role is 100% on‑site at our Tucson, AZ campus with the possibility of occasional travel.
In this Systems Engineer role, you may support the following types of activities:
0+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) obtained by start date
Experience with systems requirements, systems integration, systems test, systems software, and/or systems hardware.

This position requires ability to obtain a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD.
