Raytheon is seeking a Staff Systems Engineer, providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community.
This position manages projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and/or objectives.
The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work/life balance practices.

Provides systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition. Problems and issues faced can fluctuate and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem and determine appropriate resolution. Communicates with many levels of program, other contractors and government stakeholders and works to positively influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures and practices. Manage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the Customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades. undefined.
