Zusammenfassung

Insite is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain and secure our internal technology stack in a hybrid environment. You will be the primary technical liaison for IT vendors and will hands‑on engineer new solutions as needs evolve.

The role supports security tech activities and internal IT, with potential involvement in client-facing security projects when bandwidth allows. Remote work possible within a distributed team.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6 years in a systems engineer, sysadmin, or IT infra role.
• Hands‑on admin experience with M365 including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD), including conditional access, SSO, and lifecycle mgmt.
• Experience administering Jamf and Meraki (cloud‑managed).
• Familiarity with SaaS collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Smartsheet).
• Strong troubleshooting across endpoint, network, and cloud apps.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and communicate clearly with distributed team.

Aufgaben

• Administer and maintain health, security, and performance of core tech ecosystem.
• Serve as primary liaison to IT vendors and platform providers.
• Design, test, and implement new tools, integrations, and automations.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD bnode across CA, SSO, lifecycle.
• Own endpoint management and security baselines across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android.
• Maintain Meraki network infrastructure across office and remote sites.
• Ensure data protection and business continuity via Druva inSync backup.
• Administer collaboration platforms (Slack, Zoom, Smartsheet), including provisioning.
• Document configurations and SOPs for knowledge continuity.
• Monitor security vulnerabilities and compliance gaps; propose remediations.
• Provide tier 2/3 IT support and escalation point.
• Assist Director with ad-hoc tech requests and projects.
