Holistic Industries is seeking a Systems Engineer to maintain and optimize our network infrastructure across multiple locations. The role combines remote work with on-site travel, focusing on security, reliability, and performance of the company network.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining LAN/WAN, monitoring performance and security, resolving outages, and documenting topology and security measures.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, IPsec, SSL VPN, routing, switching, and network security.
• Experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network monitoring tools.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience supporting business environments in the past 2 years.
• Natural problem-solver who can quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, collaborate, and maintain network infrastructure that supports business operations across the organization
• Monitor network performance, traffic, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact users
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and system outages to minimize downtime
• Implement and manage firewalls, VPNs, and other security tools to help protect company systems and data
• Upgrade network hardware, firmware, and configurations to improve reliability and performance
• Maintain clear network documentation, topology diagrams, and security protocols
