Four Sea Group seeks a Systems Engineer focused on hardware integration to support the design, configuration, deployment, and verification of mission hardware systems. This early-career role works with engineers to ensure hardware is correctly configured, integrated, documented, and prepared for deployment.

The candidate should have hands-on hardware experience, strong technical writing skills, and be willing to travel CONUS and OCONUS as required for installation and deployment activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field with relevant experience or internships.
• Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance at the time of application.
• Hands-on hardware design and integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, configuration, deployment, and verification of mission hardware systems.
• Document technical results and support field deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware configurations to improve reliability and performance.
