Job summary

Four Sea Group is seeking a Senior Test Engineer specializing in Test & Evaluation to support planning, execution, analysis, and documentation of complex system testing in secure customer environments.

The role requires a strong systems-level understanding, disciplined T&E experience, and the ability to lead defined test activities, develop tests, and communicate results to engineering, program, and customer stakeholders. Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, CS, Math, Physics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 6+ years of experience in test and evaluation or mission-focused technical environments.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance at hire.
• Experience with GEOINT workflows.
• Experience with system-of-systems testing.
• Experience with test automation software (JMeter, JUnit, TestComplete).
• Ability to translate requirements into test criteria and executable activities.
• Experience documenting test data and results.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, analyze, and document complex system tests in secure environments.
• Develop and execute test plans and procedures across programs.
• Lead defined T&E efforts within a technical scope.
• Coordinate test activities across engineering disciplines.
