Job summary

• Deliver customer-facing UI experiences and A/B experiments to accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention


• Architect scalable front-end solutions and build features end-to-end across front-end, back-end, IaC, system design, debugging, and testing


• Partner with product, design, and data/analytics teams to define outcome measurements and experimental frameworks


• Track behavior attribution and shape product roadmaps


• Enhance application performance, code quality, security, and developer productivity across core properties


• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure product experiences comply with trust and safety principles

Requirements

• Experienced, product-minded front-end or full-stack engineer


• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript for building reusable SDKs and UI components


• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript ecosystems


• Experience building with high-scale serverless systems such as Cloudflare Workers, AWS Lambda, or Azure Functions


• Experience designing interfaces for business KPIs such as onboarding and adoption


• Experience running A/B experiments


• Experience using feature flags/gating and leveraging telemetry


• Strong foundation in system design


• Experience working with or designing RESTful APIs


• Background in building tools/frameworks to boost developer productivity


• Experience using modern AI/LLM augmented workflows


• Familiarity with Go, Rust, or Python is a bonus


• Prior Cloudflare user experience or hands-on dogfooding Cloudflare products is a bonus


• Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a bonus


• Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export laws without sponsorship for an export license, if applicable
