Nou Systems, a growing defense technology company in Colorado Springs, seeks a Systems Engineer to join the GMASS team. You will develop modernization plans for Ground Based Radar systems and work with cross-functional teams to implement improvements while maintaining cost and schedule objectives.

The role requires a STEM degree, 5+ years of experience (or 18+ for senior levels), and an active Secret clearance, with US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.
• 5+ years full-time professional experience for mid-level or 18+ years for senior positions.
• Active Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement modernization efforts for GMASS radar systems.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware/software specifications and system architecture.
• Conduct analysis, trade studies, and lifecycle cost assessment for program decisions.
• Collaborate with systems, software, and hardware teams to ensure timely delivery.
