Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Systems Engineer for the Navy’s FBM program at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific in Silverdale, WA. You will support all program phases, develop technical requirements, and coordinate with LM, Navy, and civil service teams to address design questions.

Responsibilities include integration, testing, and documentation, with occasional travel and shift scheduling. A bachelor’s in engineering and 2+ years of experience, plus US citizenship, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering degree program from an accredited college/university.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering related field.
• US Citizenship Required.
• Participation in the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP) is required.
• Participation in the Radiological Control Programs (NWRCO) is required.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of the program lifecycle and develop technical requirements documents.
• Perform Systems Integration, test and verification activities for hardware and documentation.
• Lead cross-functional groups and collaborate with hands-on mechanics to address system design questions.
• Address questions with LM, Navy, and civil service personnel and perform Material Review Board actions.
