Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or other Engineering Discipline.
• U.S. citizen and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• 3+ years in systems engineering and design.
• Strong communication, coding, and algorithm development skills.
• Experience with EO/IR systems and laser technology programs.
• Ability to write clear reports and specifications in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform trade studies and analyses to support requirements.
• Develop requirements, use cases, architecture, and docs.
• Review documents and standardize formats and data naming.
• Write procedures and design practice criteria.
• Investigate issues and advise on system requirements changes.
• Evaluate specifications and performance requirements.
• Contribute to test plans and test events (virtual and live).
• Support future EO/IR capabilities studies and use cases.
• Provide engineering services and hardware installation support.
