Job summary

Montgomery County Public Schools seeks an IT Supervisor for Enterprise Systems Administration to lead a senior team overseeing server, identity, and security operations across district systems.

You will drive architecture, disaster recovery, and modernization efforts while coordinating with stakeholders and IT leadership. A Bachelor's in a tech field and 5+ years of management in enterprise IT are expected.

Qualifications

• Education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related tech field.
• Five+ years of progressively responsible enterprise IT experience delivering infrastructure solutions.
• Experience in vulnerability/risk assessment and security posture maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the Enterprise Systems Administration team and projects.
• Oversee planning, engineering, implementation, operation, and modernization of districtwide enterprise systems.
• Ensure availability and security of enterprise applications and services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture and drive continuous improvement.
