Job summary

Noblis is seeking a Systems Engineer in Albuquerque, NM to support a government contracting program. You will contribute across the full SE lifecycle, applying robust modeling, simulation and analysis to inform design decisions and risk mitigation with DoD stakeholders.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, technical rigor, and communication of complex analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences. A security clearance is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or related STEM + 2+ years in systems engineering with Modeling and Simulation experience.
• HS Diploma with 6+ years of work experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Conduct vulnerability analysis and exploitation assessments using weapons effects models to evaluate performance and survivability across scenarios.
• Lead AoA and trade-off analyses to inform design decisions, requirements and risk management.
• Develop and maintain the SE process framework and master schedule aligned with milestones and government expectations.
• Perform gap analyses to identify deficiencies in modeling and simulation tools and propose solutions.
• Apply uncertainty analysis to quantify margins and communicate confidence to stakeholders.
• Assess predictive capabilities of design limits and margins to support engineering decisions and risk mitigation.
