Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems engineering with a BS/BA; 6+ years with MS/MA; 3+ years with Ph.D. (4 more years may substitute).
• TS/SCI clearance adjudicated and able to pass a polygraph.
• Hands-on MBSE; experience developing SysML artifacts for real-world systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site MBSE support at the Office of Naval Intelligence.
• Develop high-fidelity SysML architecture models for foreign missile and C2 systems.
• Design, maintain DoDAF-compliant views and SysML artifacts.
• Collaborate with government leads, product owners, and agency stakeholders on system modeling.
• Produce high-quality technical and design documentation for system development and analysis.
• Drive MBSE standardization, integration, and best practices across the joint environment.
