Evolv Technology, located in Waltham, MA, is seeking a Systems Engineer to administer and improve core IT systems, including Microsoft 365, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure. You will report to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity & Technology and work alongside a Network & Cybersecurity Engineer to keep IT operations reliable and scalable.

Qualifications

• Administer enterprise IT systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain runbooks and documentation for IT operations.
• Collaborate with IT peers and stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Own virtualization and backup infrastructure (Nutanix, Rubrik).
• Manage offsite/disaster recovery replication and testing.
• Operate AWS/Azure infrastructure (EC2, S3, resource groups, cost management).
• Provide front-line escalation support and mentor IT team.
