Alpha Beta Technologies, Inc. seeks a Systems Engineer/Analyst to support Army IAMD Battle Command System at GSIL on Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL.

The role uses end-to-end modeling and simulation, data analyses, and performance evaluation of software in a real-time HWIL lab. Responsibilities include supporting HWIL integration, testing, and operation; conducting independent data analyses, validating results, and preparing technical briefings and reports for Government leadership.

Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in systems integration, testing, and analysis.
  • Must be proactive, a self-starter, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, with the ability to tailor responses for various audiences and create clear, concise reports and materials.
  • Proficiency in analyzing technical information and formulating logical solutions within designated timelines.
  • Active security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Army Air and Missile Defense Systems in accomplishing their test objectives by applying well-developed systems engineering and methodology throughout the life cycle of a real-time Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Government test lab.
  • Support the integration, testing, and operation of Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulation environments for flight testing and continuous integration activities.
  • Conduct independent analyses of test data, review and validate results from other team members, address any discrepancies, and compile findings for reporting purposes.
  • Assist in the verification and validation processes for all tools used for stimulus preparation, real-time instrumentation, post processing of data logs, and analysis.
  • Develop and support technical briefings, engineering documentation, reports, and recommendations for Government leadership.

Requirements

ABT, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer/Analyst to support the Army Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Battle Command System (IBCS) at the Government Systems Integration Lab (GSIL) on the Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama . The selected candidate will be utilizing end-to-end modeling and simulation techniques for the Air and Missile Defense systems, conducting data analyses, and evaluating software performance.

Desired Qualifications:

Knowledge of the HWIL architecture infrastructure, including truth presentation utilizing Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS) adapter, and/or Ground Test Integrated System Simulation (GTISS) adapter.

Knowledge of the HWIL architecture infrastructure truth presentation to the element models (SMHR, signatures, environment).

Familiarity with data analysis libraries in Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Familiarity with Network Systems Integration and Test Environment (NSITE)

Familiarity with MDA Ground Test CONOPS.

BS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science from an accredited university

Clearance

Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one
