Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (systems engineering preferred).
• 4+ years of relevant systems engineering experience.
• Experience developing system and subsystem requirements and formal specs (SSS/SRS).
• Familiarity with MBSE methodologies and modeling tools.
• Translate high-level needs into detailed, testable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Systems Engineer supporting a complex, mission-critical air traffic management modernization program.
• Provide technical leadership in the development and review of systems engineering work products.
• Contribute to modernization of air traffic control capabilities and data exchange/processing.
• Lead and participate in Requirements Reviews, Working Groups, and customer discussions.
• Translate user stories and customer needs into clear system and software requirements.
• Develop SSS and SRS documents and supporting design artifacts.
• Support CHI design, requirements, workflows, and interface mock-ups.
• Collaborate with software, integration, test, architecture, and other teams.
