Job summary

SageCor Solutions, serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, seeks a System Engineer with active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph to join our growing team.

You will work on lifecycle System Engineering for high-performance computing, data analytics, and SIGINT platforms, across Linux and Windows environments. Responsibilities include designing and interpreting system and network drawings (Visio, Adobe), configuring infrastructure, and guiding deployment and sustainment.

Qualifications

• Experience with diverse IT platforms and IT systems.
• Ability to design, interpret, and modify system and network drawings (Visio, Adobe).
• Extensive experience in network and data processing system integration, deployment, and sustainment.
• Understanding of Cisco networking including routers, switches, and security protocols.
• Ability to document systems in detail and collaborate with cross-functional teams (JIRA and Confluence).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.

Serving Maryland and the Greater Washington D.C. area, SageCor Solutions (SageCor) is a growing company bringing complete engineering services and true full lifecycle System Engineering services to areas requiring (or desiring) nationally-recognized expertise in high performance computing, large data analytics and cutting edge information technologies.

Active TS/SCI w/ Polygraph required.

Key Skill Requirements:

• Deep understanding of multiple communications technologies, virtualization, systems architecture, and infrastructure for IT systems and SIGINT platforms.
• Proficient in designing, interpreting, and modifying System and Network Engineering Drawings (Visio, Adobe)
• Expertise in system and network administration across diverse platforms, including Linux and Windows environments.
• Extensive experience in network and data processing system integration, hardware and software configuration, deployment, and sustainment.
• Understanding/experience in Cisco networking, including routers, switches, and security protocols.
• Skilled in network and data processing system integration, including rack and stack installation, cabling, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cloud computing concepts and best practices.
• The ability to create detailed system documentation and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (JIRA and Confluence).
• Proficiency in Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Sharepoint.
