ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a Systems Engineer for our North Austin facility to support the Data Center Platform Engineering Group. You will manage hardware and software issues, debug complex systems, and coordinate with vendors to ensure uptime in a state-of-the-art data center.

The role emphasizes strong Linux skills, ticket handling, and hands-on hardware work with CPUs/GPUs. This is a W2 full-time position at the North Austin facility with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a data center environment with complex systems such as CPUs and GPUs.
• Proficiency with JIRA, scripting, and debugging methodologies (BMC, BIOS, GPU).
• Strong Linux skills, including running automated scripts and log review.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to technical tickets related to hardware and software issues in the data center environment.
• Debug platforms and systems, including GPUs, CPUs, and related hardware components.
• Coordinate with vendors, OEMs, and partners to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Monitor data center operations for power outages, network disruptions, and cooling leaks, ensuring continuous uptime.
• Install, replace, and troubleshoot hardware components physically and through firmware/OS debugging.

Our client, a leading organization in data center and technology infrastructure, is seeking a Systems Engineer to join their team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be part of the Data Center Platform Engineering Group supporting complex systems and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Systems Engineer

Location: North Austin Facility, 14219 Tandem Blvd, Austin, TX 78728

Pay Range:$55-$60/hr. on W2

What's the Job?

• Ability to physically install and replace hardware components, including the use of lab equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
