Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a leading workforce solutions company, seeks a Facilities Project Manager in Austin, TX to coordinate facility projects, develop detailed plans and ensure seamless integration of technical activities on site.

You will recruit and direct project teams, analyze resource needs and market demand, and prepare reports with progress photos and measurements. CAD experience and a business degree are preferred, with PMP a plus.

Job Title: Facilities Project Manager

What's the Job?

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or related roles, with a focus on facilities or non-IT projects.
• Proficiency in CAD (2+ years preferred) and familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to various assignments.
• Educational background with a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field; PMI or PMP certification is a plus.
