Job description

The Systems Engineer handles escalated support, environment cleanup, standards alignment, Microsoft 365 administration, Entra ID, Intune, Active Directory, backup/DR, and project work.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets involving Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, servers, endpoints, backups, and networks.
• Improve client standards around MFA, patching, endpoint configuration, admin access, backup coverage, and documentation.
• Coordinate vendors for ISP, line‑of‑business application, firewall, VoIP, and hardware issues.
• Support onboarding, QBR inputs, lifecycle recommendations, and project delivery.
• Mentor service desk teammates with repeatable troubleshooting notes and runbooks.

Must‑Have Qualifications
