Use performance indicators identified in applicable engineering surveillance processes
Provide expert-level support regarding the adequacy and clarity of agency engineering and analysis processes
Apply agency processes and reporting requirements daily
Review engineering change proposals, requests for waivers and deviations, and nonconforming materials
Provide expert-level inputs for leadership status briefings
Outline assigned programs, projects, problems, and recommended resolutions
Analyze performance-indicator trends
Assist government counterparts with managing Agency-level performance indicators
Recommend corrective actions and establish lessons learned
Influence process improvements
Demonstrates expertise in engineering processes, performance indicators, and technical contract management, with a strong focus on problem-solving and process improvement within government frameworks.
