Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Systems Director of Dining Services to provide strategic leadership across food service operations within a healthcare system in Florence, SC.

This senior leadership role requires strong P&L management, multi-site oversight, and the ability to drive client satisfaction, quality, sanitation, and cost controls across acute care hospitals.

Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or A.A. Degree plus seven years of directly related experience preferred.
• Minimum of seven plus years of hospital or adult home/care experience preferred.
• Previous P&L accountability or contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Strong supervisory, leadership, management and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures client and customer service satisfaction with cost-effective management at all sites.
• Manages foodservice activities including patient care, retail, cafeteria, catering and sanitation.
• Oversees systems to meet strategic and operational objectives of the client.
• Visits patients with management to ensure engagement during hospital stay.
• Leads team of Directors within the system.
• Manages system budget.
