Job summary

TouchPoint, a TouchPoint by Compass Group USA, oversees environmental services across multiple communities, driving standards in housekeeping, laundry, sanitation, and infection control. The System Director leadsEVS directors, standardizes practices, and partners with clinical, dining, and administrative leaders to support patient- and resident-centered operations.

This leadership role requires strong budgeting, data analysis, and staff development skills to optimize workflows and deliver

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of leadership experience in environmental services, healthcare, senior living, or hospitality.
• Multi-site or regional management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, infection control, and safety protocols.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project-management skills.
• Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and optimize workflows.

Job Summary

The System Director of Environmental Services oversees all environmental operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistent standards in housekeeping, laundry, sanitation, infection control, and regulatory compliance. This leader drives operational excellence, develops service protocols, and manages community‑level EVS directors to maintain safe, clean, and welcoming environments for our patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

Lead and support community EVS leaders across the system
