Compass Group USA is seeking an Assistant Director of Environmental Services II to oversee EVS operations at a 400-bed facility. You will partner with the Director to manage budget, lead a team of about 100 associates, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Primary schedule is Monday–Friday, first shift, with relocation assistance offered. This role emphasizes safety, quality of care, and cross-department collaboration within TouchPoint, Support Services.

As theAssistant Director of Environmental Services, you will support the overall leadership and daily operations of the Environmental Services/Housekeeping department at a 400 bed facility. In this role, you will help ensure the department operates in alignment with established objectives, standards, policies, and procedures, as well as all federal, state, and local regulations. You will partner with the Director to maintain financial accountability by operating within the approved budget while maximizing value for the client. Additionally, you will foster strong interdepartmental relationships, lead a team of 100 associates and ensure Environmental Services is effectively integrated into the facility’s overall operational plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensures safe, compliant, and efficient patient coverage by monitoring daily assignments, adjusting staffing as needed, and supporting consistent adherence to established procedures
Leads, orients, trains, and develops associates to ensure competency, continuous growth, and consistent delivery of high-quality care and safety practices
