TouchPoint is seeking a Director of Environmental Services to lead the healthcare housekeeping department within a hospital. You will oversee sanitation, cleanliness, and environmental safety, and manage daily workflows, schedules, and staff to meet regulatory standards.

The role requires a four-year degree and 2–4 years of hospital housekeeping management, with strong financial analysis skills and the ability to communicate effectively in public settings.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and equal related experience required.
• Two to four years plus of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required.
• Must have the ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• General business acumen
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High Customer Service and quality attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives
• Public speaking skills

he Director of Environmental Services will oversee the facility cleanliness , sanitation , and environmental safety within a healtchare facility. You will be leading and developing the housekeeping team to ensure all areas, common spaces, and operational zones meet high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

You will manage daily workflows, assign duties, train staff on cleaning protocols, and uphold service expectations. The Director also handles scheduling, inspections, supply management, and performance coaching to maintain a well‑organized, efficient, and hospitality‑driven housekeeping department.
