Job summary

Amazon Bespoke Solutions is seeking a Systems Development Engineer II to design, build, and operate next‑generation infrastructure for the AWS Dedicated Cloud (ADC). You will collaborate with principal and security engineers to translate demanding compliance requirements into robust automation and scalable infrastructure.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and operability at global scale, with opportunities to lead architectural decisions and drive best practices across the team.

Qualifications

3+ years of development/programming/scripting language experience.
Experience with automation and version control tools.
Experience with Linux and/or Windows OS support at scale.
PowerShell scripting, database administration, and client-server apps.
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain a logically isolated classified development environment within the AWS Secret Cloud region
Monitor system health and perform routine patching and software updates across hosted services
Administer the GitLab repository, including user access, pipelines, and version control
Support physical lab connectivity, network switch configuration, KVM architecture, and developer workstations
