Job summary

dynaConnections is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to keep production systems reliable and efficient. You will design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure across production, QA, and development, with a focus on automation, monitoring, and secure backups.

The role emphasizes cloud work, including OCI, and integrating CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment workflows. You will work on a small DevOps team within a hybrid cloud environment, using Java alongside scripting in

Qualifications

4–5 years of experience in Site Reliability/DevOps or similar role.
Strong Linux/Windows operations background.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Proficiency with Ansible and Puppet for automation.
Experience running Docker containers in production.
Scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell; working knowledge of Java.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliability, performance, and availability of development and production systems in line with SLAs.
Automate systems, procedures, and processes and document the rest.
Build, improve, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability.
Respond to incidents and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Support migration of remaining on-prem systems to OCI.
