Job summary

i-Link Solutions is seeking a Systems Developer – Expert to develop and maintain web-based applications using C#/.NET, Angular, and MVC. The role involves Oracle database work, data migrations, and HIPAA-PHI considerations in a multi-tier environment.

The candidate will mentor others, work with Visual Studio, GitLab, and ITSM processes, and coordinate releases with ITS teams. A Bachelor's degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1) 84 months experience developing web-based applications using C# and/or .NET, Angular for n-tier web deployment.
• 2) 84 months experience developing and maintaining web applications with HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and CSS.
• 3) 84 months experience with Oracle: database design, PL/SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers.
• 4) 84 months experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.
• 5) 48 months experience developing applications with MVC 5 or later.
• 6) 24 months experience designing & implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 7) 12 Months of experience with financial applications.
• 8) 36 months experience coding and maintaining applications which contain Health Care data that fall under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI).

Responsibilities

• Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Use Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or higher and write code using MVC Architecture, .Net, JavaScript, Angular, Ajax, HTML, XML and WCF.
• Prepare scripts to create and modify existing Oracle tables, create indexes, constraints, triggers, views, etc., code stored procedures and packages, convert and migrate data when necessary.
• Mentor and assist other programmers, both state and consultant, providing guidance for debugging, troubleshooting, securing and deploying applications, data access, data communications and system architecture configurations.
• Use a source code repository Gitlab for checking source code in and out, and branching off new versions of the source code.
• Work within the IT Service Management System to take in incidents and service requests for the application, as well as request services from other ITS groups.
• Coordinate service requests with various ITS Chief Operating Office personnel for releases and changes for the application.
• Diagnose and debug production issues reported via ITSM. Escalate critical calls as necessary and join bridge calls to assist in diagnosis.
• Report status of current tasks and outstanding issues to supervisor

• 3 84 months experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc.,
• 4 84 months experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements.
• 5 48 months experience developing applications with MVC 5 or later versions.
• 6 24 months experience in designing & implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 7 12 Months of experience with financial applications.
