Qualifications

• 9+ years with Oracle 11g+ including PL/SQL and query optimization.

• 6+ years producing technical documentation from requirements.
• 5+ years using TFS/Azure DevOps or GitLab for source control.
• 4+ years building accessible web apps (WCAG 2.0).
• 3+ years designing apps handling HIPAA PHI data.

Job Description

• 108 Months Experience as lead developer on projects performing and implementing systems design, configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, preventative maintenance and security procedures.
• 108 Months Experience in using Microsoft Visual Studio to design & develop complex n-tier web applications using C#, ASP.NET/MVC, .NET Core and modern programming principles; Object-oriented, scalable, maintainable, single-responsibility and highest application security standards.
• 96 months Experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.
• 96 Months Experience with Oracle 11G or higher: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, functions and cursors, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc. and Oracle SQL query optimization.
• 96 Months Experience developing HTML reports and/or developing reports with Crystal Reports version 10 or above and invoking them from .NET applications.
