The Phoenix Group Advisors seeks an experienced HRIS/Data Integration Lead to drive Workday implementation, data migrations, and BI reporting. You will partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to ensure data quality and scalable analytics in a fast-paced legal/professional services environment.
Hybrid NY-based role with strong focus on data governance, privacy, and vendor coordination. Exposure to legal financial systems and end-to-end ERP integrations is a plus.
Role Overview This role offers the opportunity to lead data systems projects, optimize HR and enterprise applications, and improve data quality and workflow efficiency across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful system deployment, integration, and ongoing maintenance.

Lead Workday implementation projects, including data migration, validation, testing, and system configuration, while working closely with system vendors and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities within Workday and other HR systems to enhance data quality, system functionality, workflows, and automation processes. Investigate and resolve HR system performance issues, ensuring data integrity, compliance with data privacy standards, and adherence to data governance policies. Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, storage solutions, and integrations with non-Workday systems such as Aderant, Sierra/ CMS, Deal Cloud, and MDD. Manage and coordinate with external vendors for seamless ERP and legal financial system integrations (e.g., 3E, Aderant, Sierra). Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, workflows, and data architecture. Support ad hoc data analysis and reporting requests from leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
This position provides a pivotal role in transforming enterprise HR and financial systems, directly contributing to operational excellence and data-driven decision making within a prominent legal and professional services environment.
Salary range: $120,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience. Flexible work arrangements: NY-based; ideally three days in-office, two days remote. Additional benefits to be discussed during the interview process.
