Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Systems Coordinator for our Atlanta, GA facility. You will assist with installation, maintenance, and general support of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), troubleshoot issues, and help with backups and software installs.

This role focuses on hands-on warehouse tech support and safety. Key duties include maintaining system integrity, optimizing layout, and coordinating with operations staff to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of WMS experience.
• Proficient in report writing with 1–2 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational system integrity and proper setup.
• Facilitate Warehouse Management System at the site.
• Assist management with facility layout to optimize WMS use.
• Lead project development and implementation for the WMS.
• Monitor WMS to maintain inventory control.
• Interface with operations staff to improve system efficiency.
• Develop and maintain training materials for system use.
• Diagnose end-user device issues and document resolutions.

The core responsibilities of this role include:Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assisting users with questions or problems. May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software. Troubleshooting and maintaining automated systems within a distribution warehouse facility, including Locus robots, baler systems, and other facility equipment, while ensuring all work is performed safely and correctly. The role also includes general facility maintenance, installation, and repair.

Position: Systems Coordintor
Shift: 1st
Hours: 8am-6pm
Days: Monday-Thursday
Pay: $21.50 per hour

Required Qualification: A minimum of 1 year experience working in a WMS such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, etc...
Preferred Qualification: Minimum of 1 yearexperience with troubleshooting, ticket submission, and escalation regarding warehouse tech equipment

Role Purpose

Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assists users with questions or problems. May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for operational system integrity, including setup and control.
• Facilitate site(s) Warehouse Management System with proficiency.
• Assist management with facility layout and design to efficiently utilize the WMS.
• Project development and implementation.
• Monitor WMS for inventory management control.
• Interface with operation staffs to maximize system efficiencies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sites performance systemically.
• Analyze system discrepancies; generation of reports as necessary.
• May write crystal programs as required to facilitate the success of the total network.
• Interface with customer host representative to identify and resolve issues systemically.
• Diagnose complex end user device issues, recommend and document process for resolutions.
• Develop and maintain training materials and guides to using the system.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years of WMS experience
• Proficient in report writing – 1 to 2 years experience
