Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a First (1st) Shift Systems Coordinator in the US to support the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related software. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Salary is $23.60 per hour with comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k). The candidate should be capable of system installation, maintenance, and user support.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of WMS experience.
• Proficient in report writing.

The core responsibilities of this role include Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assist users with questions or problems. Supporting users related to the WMS; providing instruction related to system capabilities; analyzing user needs and providing recommendations. Product support and Identify and resolve issues Proficient in basic computer systems (MS Office, WMS, ERP preferred). Escalation with software provider, as required, to support assigned services, including authorization of vendor support services

Shift: 7:00am –;3:30pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $23.60 per hour

Role Purpose

Assists in the installation, maintenance, and general support of systems. Assists users with questions or problems. May help perform system backups and recovery and install new software.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for operational system integrity, including setup and control.
• Facilitate site(s) Warehouse Management System with proficiency.
• Assist management with facility layout and design to efficiently utilize the WMS.
• Project development and implementation.
• Monitor WMS for inventory management control.
• Interface with operation staffs to maximize system efficiencies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor sites performance systemically.
• Analyze system discrepancies; generation of reports as necessary.
• May write crystal programs as required to facilitate the success of the total network.
• Interface with customer host representative to identify and resolve issues systemically.
• Diagnose complex end user device issues, recommend and document process for resolutions.
• Develop and maintain training materials and guides to using the system.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years of WMS experience
• Proficient in report writing – 1 to 2 years experience
