As a Systems Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Production department supporting manufacturing and system integration. Job Title: Systems Assembly Technician
Location: Meridian, ID
Pay Range: $19 - $24 hourly
Shift: Day Shift and Swing Shift openings
What's the Job?
- Accurately interpret engineering drawings and specifications to perform plumbing, wiring, and assembly that meet functionality and quality requirements.
- Assemble and install pumps, motors, drives, controllers, manifolds and flowmeters.
- Perform point-to-point wiring and interface wiring for complete system assembly.
- Use measuring instruments and diagnostic devices and follow quality procedures to contribute to the company’s quality program.
- Support manufacturing by maintaining a safe, clean work area and performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned to help engineering, quality, and quoting.
What's Needed?
- Ability to read assembly blueprints and plumbing/electrical schematics.
- Commercial or industrial plumbing experience
- Hands‑on capability to build sub‑assemblies such as pumps, flowmeters, manifolds, motors, drives, and controllers.
- Experience using process pipe welding equipment (butt‑fusion IR welder, socket welder, orbital welder) and hand/power tools.
- Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience, along with the ability to maintain cleanliness and stewardship of equipment.
