Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited university or college.
• Experience applying systems thinking to complex, multi-disciplinary engineering challenges.
• Experience developing or applying analytical models or simulation tools to evaluate systems within plant performance.
• Ability to communicate complex systems-level concepts to technical and non-technical audiences; influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own defined modules and systems throughout their lifecycle, from definition to end-of-life.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into configurable, value-driven module/system requirements.
• Define and document interfaces between modules and systems to minimize lifecycle cost.
• Analyze data to generate systems-level insights and drive value creation.
• Lead make/buy, do/buy, and reuse decisions at system/module level; optimize cost and lead times.
• Plan and manage productivity initiatives, including cost estimation and risk analysis.
• Evaluate configurability to harmonize or standardize modules for better quality and cost.
• Stay informed on power systems engineering trends to improve competitiveness.
