Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Systems Architect with active TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join a high-impact project in Chantilly, VA. The role centers on system integration, data collection, and exploitation to meet Sponsor operational needs.

You will assess requirements, design data ingestion and processing pipelines, and produce technical documentation for use by engineers and analysts. Collaboration with partners and across teams is essential to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
• Architecting, designing, or implementing mission internet systems.
• Proficient in AWS and/or Azure networking, security, logging, administration, provisioning.
• Experience in Android emulation, reverse engineering, mobile app analysis.
• Experience with VPN tunnel configuration and obfuscation techniques.
• Understanding of accreditation, A&A, security controls, and hardening.
• Experience collecting/exploiting data on mobile apps.
• Ability to analyze data sources, targets, definitions, and relationships.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data formats.
• Ability to produce technical documentation for operational use.
• Experience triaging and troubleshooting data issues.
• Experience developing testing requirements for applications and systems.
• Experience with image analysis in Photoshop or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience handling sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing multiple projects involving infrastructure and exploitation platforms.
• Support data integration with existing platforms for insights.
• Coordinate across Sponsor’s organization and partners to expedite data sharing, processing, and governance.
• Evaluate new technologies for applicability to the system.

GRVTY is seeking a Systems Architect with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA. The Sponsor requires support specializing in project and system integration to perform dataset collection and exploitation for the Sponsor’s operational needs. This includes assessments and consultations with partners in and outside the Sponsor’s organization for data acquisition and exploitation strategy. Priorities will be determined by the Sponsor in close consultation with the Contractor Team.

What You Must Have

• Works with users to identify and develop system requirements taking into account the desired results, hardware limitations and operating requirements, identified by the Sponsor.
• Provides operational testing and recommendations for continuous improvement of equipment and software for collection and exploitation.
• Provides coordination across Sponsor’s organization and business partners to expedite data sharing, processing and governance activities.

• Interfaces directly with Sponsor management for requirements for data collection and exploitation.
• Programmatically manages solutions for virtual operations.

• Collects and exploits profile, content, or metadata information.
• Evaluates data accessible in the public domain, including foreign social media websites and applications from mobile and stationary platforms.
• Assists in planning and managing multiple projects involving the infrastructure and exploitation platforms.
• Assists in the integration of data with existing platforms for correlation and analytical insights.
• Establishes strategic objectives based on the Sponsor’s vision for the data collection platforms.
• Conducts technical exchange meetings with stakeholders on business and technical requirements.
• Assists to condition, coordinate, collect, and perform data transfer of data sets for integration and analysis.
• Collects, ingests, and exploits large and small dataset collections.
• Provides field technical and operational support for data analysis and may require some Temporary Duty travel.
