GRVTY is seeking a Data Architect in McLean, VA with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance. The role supports data engineering, software, security, DevOps, data science, and program management across teams for data acquisition, exploitation, engineering, and management tasks.

Job description

GRVTY is seeking a Data Architect with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in McLean, VA. This position is within a team supporting the customer with data engineering and operations, software engineering, security engineering, DevOps engineering, application development, data science, and program management in support of data acquisition, exploitation, engineering, and management tasks. You will communicate and collaborate across organizational boundaries, to include other contractor teams, Customer staff and external stakeholders.

What You Must Have

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance
• Demonstrated experience with cloud infrastructure and data management.
• Demonstrated experience with multiple OS environments including Windows, Linux, and MacOS.
• Demonstrated experience with cloud environments, including AWS.
• Demonstrated experience with development environments including AWS, Hadoop distributed file system (HDFS), Cloudera, Spark, Presto, SQL, and NoSQL.
• Demonstrated experience conducting data processing activities.
• Experience working with Python
• Demonstrated experience building executing ETL pipelines
• Demonstrated experience with integrating data flows with industry standard systems such as Niagra Falls
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and be a proactive problem solver
• Experience providing clear and concise communications for both technical and non-technical audiences

What Would Be Nice to Have

• Knowledge of targeting workflows, tools and environments
• Experience with Large Language Models and agentic workflows.
• Experience with graphical databases such as Neo4J
• Experience working with a hard target mission area.
