In this role, you'll help connect and optimize the flow of information across clinical, financial, human resources, revenue cycle, and operational systems, ensuring leaders and teams have access to trusted data when they need it most.As a technical leader, you'll oversee enterprise data architecture, integrations, and analytics initiatives that support patient care, research, business operations, and strategic decision-making. Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time experience with development of multi-server software applications, web services, and advanced server or database administration; or2. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems or a related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time experience with development of multi-server software applications, web services, and advanced server or database administration.NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.Preferred Qualifications:. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting healthcare analytics in operational, financial, human resources, clinical, and revenue cycle data domains and have experience performing data validation, reconciliation, and data quality management activities.
