Responsibilities

  • Oversee system performance, reliability, and availability, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance across all platform capabilities
  • Manage platform administration, including leading and mentoring platform administrators
  • Drive the development of efficient workflows, streamlined processes, and system integrations across enterprise applications
  • Collaborate closely with infrastructure, application development, and service management teams to deliver cohesive, high-impact solutions
  • Champion innovation and best practices to continuously enhance platform capabilities and user experience

Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on ServiceNow Architect to drive the design, governance, and evolution of a critical enterprise platform. What You’ll Do:

Starting salary is $153,518

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience
1. Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of eight (8) years of full‑time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization; or
2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of ten (10) years of full‑time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization; or
3. Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field and the equivalent of twelve (12) years of full‑time experience in computer system hardware, operating systems and software, enterprise networking or computer systems security as it relates to technology used at the organization.

NOTE: Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
