Qualifications

• Familiar with desktop OS and MS Office.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• System configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.
• Experience with change management and deployment processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently following established procedures.
• Customer-focused and quality-oriented.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to be stationary for extended periods; basic physical tasks.
• May require on-call rotation and non-standard working hours.
• Travel up to 60-80% for lab-based positions.
