Qualifications

Working with advanced technologies and dedicated hardware, you'll contribute to our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer through stable and efficient IT operations.

In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve application support issues, execute system changes and deployments, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors. You'll maintain critical documentation, perform system monitoring, and help drive continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree required, no prior experience required
• Preferred Fields of Study: Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• General understanding of Windows Server and Linux administration, including directory structures and services
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL query writing
• Knowledge of desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in system configuration, monitoring, and maintenance
