Job summary

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline plus at least 2 years of relevant industry or research experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and execute experiments for product and systems development.
- Analyze data to guide development decisions.
- Evaluate system performance across assays, reagents, hardware, instrumentation, software.
- Identify and investigate root causes of complex technical issues using structured troubleshooting.
- Develop, test, and demonstrate solutions to system-level issues.
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers, software teams, and cross-functional partners to achieve objectives.
- Mentor colleagues and document methods clearly.
