Job summary

MountainOne Financial seeks a Systems / Applications Administrator to support Windows-based staff environments and AD administration. You will ensure system integrity, apply patches, and assist with bank IT projects. The role emphasizes strong support and policy education.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in an end user help desk support role.
• Working knowledge of Windows 11.
• Ability to install, configure and maintain computers in a Windows domain.
• General understanding of networking for troubleshooting purposes.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.
• Ability to work as part of a team while calmly prioritizing issues.
• Office 365 experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing situations.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and problem resolution support to staff for Windows based computers and systems.
• First point of contact for end user support.
• Maintain system integrity with updates and patches.
• Assist in various bank projects as needed.
• Educate staff on IT policies and security practices.
• Reset passwords and manage user accounts per policy.
• Monitor antivirus updates and remediate as necessary.
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and documentation.
