Job summary

Averro is seeking a Systems & Requirements Management Engineer for an advanced nuclear energy company, ideal for someone with experience in systems engineering, requirements management, and configuration control.

Develop and maintain engineering procedures, plans, guides, and templates; build requirements management processes and verify plant, system, and component requirements; support V&V, design control, and configuration management; coordinate with external design partners; drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of systems and integrated product design experience.
• Experience applying configuration management principles through engineering processes and tools.
• Process improvement experience (Six Sigma, LEAN, TQM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain systems engineering procedures, plans, guides, and templates.
• Build requirements management processes and tools; develop, manage, and verify plant, system, and component requirements.
• Support verification and validation (V&V), design control, and configuration management.
• Coordinate with external design partners to ensure consistent engineering practices.
• Assess requirement quality and drive process improvements.

Essential Qualifications
