Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Systems Analyst to work onsite in the Nashua, NH area. You will gather and refine requirements, translate them into user stories, and partner with Product Managers to manage backlogs and planning.

The role emphasizes ATDD readiness, cross-team alignment, and strong communication to influence architecture and deliver scalable solutions. Ideal candidates have 4–6+ years in HRIS/enterprise systems and experience with Workday integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
• Deep understanding of enterprise platforms, specifically Workday integrations, AWS services, and payroll/benefits systems.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into effective technical solutions.
• Strong stakeholder facilitation and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and non‑technical.
• Ability to work independently, ask questions, and lead initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine complex requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Product Managers to manage backlogs, support planning, and prioritize deliverables.
• Facilitate refinement sessions and ensure readiness for development using ATDD principles.
• Lead cross-team alignment on scope, risks, and dependencies for smooth delivery.
• Conduct thorough systems analysis of data models and workflows to recommend scalable solutions.
• Manage risks and dependencies across initiatives, influencing architectural and design decisions.
• Support and influence architectural and design discussions with engineering teams.
• Write detailed specifications and coordinate with developers to ensure solutions meet business needs.
