Job summary
Guidehouse is seeking a Systems Analyst in McLean, VA to lead IT task execution across requirements development, COTS/GOTS evaluation, and technology transition planning. You will serve as the primary technical interface to Government stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the IT portfolio and driving enterprise architecture roadmaps.
The role requires an active SECRET clearance, 8+ years of systems analysis experience, and IT governance involvement.
Qualifications
- Active and maintained SECRET security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or closely related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems analysis and management of IT integration, portfolio rationalization, and enterprise architecture.
- ITIL certification.
- CISSP (or equivalent) security certification.
- Experience with requirements definition and refinement, process reengineering, COTS/GOTS evaluation, and alternative system design reviews.
- Experience assessing emerging IT capabilities (including AI/ML solutions), evaluating prototypes, and presenting findings to Government stakeholders.
- Experience benchmarking and integration of program/portfolio management tools, source selection tools, and modeling/simulation tools.
- Experience supporting IT governance processes, security reviews, business requirements reviews, and IT audit compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical execution across IT task areas, including requirements development, COTS/GOTS evaluation, emerging technology assessment, and road mapping.
- Serve as the primary technical interface to the Government for IT portfolio alignment and seamless execution.
- Coordinate enterprise architecture analyses and transition planning across IT systems.
- Support business process reengineering and enterprise architecture to ensure compliance for defense modernizations.
