Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Business Requirements Analyst to gather, document, and validate stakeholder requirements and translate them into actionable functional and technical specifications. You will lead workshops, map processes, and work closely with project managers, developers, testers, and business teams to ensure alignment on scope and priorities.

You will support solution design, review test cases, and assist with UAT.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3+ years gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, ReqIF, etc.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal/DoD SECRET clearance; active clearance preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills for translating complex business needs to technical specifications.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.
Conduct requirements workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and business teams to ensure scope alignment.
Support solution design and participate in testing and UAT.
