Job summary

Sptrm in Arlington, VA seeks a Systems Analyst to lead IT-focused requirements development, portfolio rationalization, and enterprise architecture efforts under a government program. You will coordinate across teams and act as the primary technical interface to the Government.

Responsibilities include evaluating COTS/GOTS solutions, supporting reengineering, and analyzing legacy systems to map data sources and transition roadmaps while ensuring security clearance and compliance with NDAA-driven

Qualifications

• 8+ years of systems analysis experience
• Master's degree or Bachelor's with equivalent experience in Computer/Systems Engineering
• ITIL and CISSP certifications
• Secret security clearance required
• Experience with NDAA-driven defense business system modernization

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks under System Requirements for Integration and Sustainment, Portfolio Rationalization and Application Consolidation, and Enterprise Architecture/Technology Transition Planning.
• Support requirements definition, process reengineering, and evaluation of COTS/GOTS software.
• Evaluate AI/ML prototype solutions and present technical findings to the Government.
• Benchmark and integrate program/portfolio management and modeling tools.
• Support Enterprise Architecture efforts for defense modernization compliance.
• Analyze legacy systems for consolidation and map data sources for transition roadmaps.
