Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the customer and the help desk.
• First point of contact for IT issues and needs, triaging before involving the help desk.
• Back up the asset management team with issuance of accessories and cables.
• Review file transfer documentation and ensure required signatures or forward to the needed teams.
• Burn files to disk and move them to the appropriate networks, notifying the customer when complete.
• Maintain a log of all file transfers with required information.
